Shandong Kaimisi New Material Technology Co., Ltd. was established in 2020 with an area of more than 26,680 square meters and a production line of 3,000 t/a of high-pure graphite (lithium battery anode material). Now, we are working on construction of 2,000 t/a of L-asparagine API (biological fermentation method) project.
At present, our company has 2 production plants, 2 warehouses, an office and duty dormitory building, and an experimental, laboratory and pilot plant complex; There are more than 30 employees, and more than 100 employees after the two production lines are put into production, and more than 30% of the employees will have a bachelor's degree or above.
Our company pays attention to the R&D reservation of new project and the direction of development; with strong technical force, our company now has established a school-enterprise cooperation model with Wuhan University of Technology, Jiangnan University, Zhejiang University and Shandong University. Now, our company's project development directions include three categories: Biological fermentation method to prepare amino acids project; high-end pharmaceuticals, especially new drug R&D projects; new energy and new material projects based on carbon element.
Our 3,000 t/a of high-purity graphite production line project has been completed, with a total investment of more than CNY 20 million and an annual output value of more than CNY 50 million. We plant to invest CNY 200 million in our L-asparagine API (biological fermentation method) project: the investment of the first phase is CNY 50 million and the investment of the second phase is CNY 150 million; according to our plan, we will begin the trial production in December 2023. The output value of these two production lines after production is about CNY 200 million, and the profit and tax will be more than CNY 50 million, and we will sell over USD 10 million of products in the international market.
Within 5 years, our company is going to acquire another 66,700 square meters of land in the professional industrial park that meets the industrial conditions and start to construct two new projects, including ntelligent plants, R&D buildings, supporting facilities for employees, standardized production plants and sewage treatment stations, etc. Our goal is to achieve an output value of over CNY 1 billion, get more than CNY 200 million of profits and taxes, solve the employment of more than 300 people, introduce 2 high-end talents with doctoral degrees, and then become a well-known enterprise in Hekou District, and strive to be an excellent enterprise of city or province within 5 years.
